The 600 is our newest design (2007) for a Maxi Sports-Cruising Cat with the obvious racing pedigree of  Grainger Designs' and with speed and comfort for  exhilarating sailing in blue water conditions. This Maxi Cat can be sailed to her maximum potential on ocean crossings.

The concentration of volume amidships and the lack of overly exaggerated  long ends maximises the available room given the overall length. There is room enough for most combinations of families or groups of friends. There is also room for a live-aboard professional working couple, with space for hanging good work-clothes, a decent sized office, a laundry, a workshop, and the cruising gear. Modest-sized diesel saildrives provide auxiliary power. The standard technical specification for this level of vessel included a lot of mod-cons. Serious enquiries solicited for the first vessel.
